Vertex is a Maryland limited liability company headquartered at 111 Lawrence Street, Suite 51A, Brooklyn, NY 11201. We provide managed email production and operations services to trade associations, membership organizations, B2B clients, and B2C clients.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this Website. It does not apply to our managed email services (governed by separate client agreements) or to third-party websites linked from this Website, including our client login portal.

Vertex is organized under Maryland law. Because this Website is directed at business professionals acting in their commercial capacity, most interactions fall outside MODPA's scope.
